Ximena Restrepo is the Compliance & Privacy Partner at an independent integrated healthcare delivery system based in Montana and the largest employer in the state. Ximena is the next-generation compliance and ethics professional and dedicated healthcare professional with over a decade in the industry. She has gained experience in various capacities including health policy, government relations, EMR interoperability and data privacy, with a strong focus on auditing, monitoring, and risk assessments. With a dual educational background in Health Information and Informatics Management and Compliance and Health Law. She is an active member of the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and the Society of Compliance & Ethics (SCCE) and has obtained both Certification Board’s designations: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Privacy Compliance (CHPC), and passionate about knowledge sharing, fostering professional connections, and staying informed on the latest compliance trends. Ximena grew up in Colombia and currently resides in Missoula enjoying all the outdoor activities that Montana offers.
